  5. License Agreement

  7. You should carefully read the following 
  8. terms and conditions before using this 
  9. software.  Unless you have a different 
  10. license agreement signed by Naleco 
  11. Research Inc. your use of this software 
  12. indicates your 
  13. acceptance of this license agreement and 
  14. warranty.

  16. Registered Version

  18. One registered copy of RADFind 96 may 
  19. either be used by a single person who uses 
  20. the software personally on one or more 
  21. computers, or installed on a single 
  22. workstation used nonsimultaneously by 
  23. multiple people, but not both.
  24.  
  25. You may access the registered version of 
  26. RADFind 96 through a network, provided 
  27. that you have obtained individual licenses 
  28. for the software covering all workstations 
  29. that will access the software through the 
  30. network.  For instance, if 8 different 
  31. workstations will access RADFind 96 on the 
  32. network, each workstation must have its 
  33. own RADFind 96 license, regardless of 
  34. whether they use RADFind 96 at different 
  35. times or concurrently.

  37. Governing Law

  39. This agreement shall be governed by the 
  40. laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

  42. Disclaimer of Warranty

  44. THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES 
  45. ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT 
  46. WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF 
  47. MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES 
  48. WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.Because of 
  49. the various hardware and  software 
  50. environments into which RADFind 96 may be 
  51. put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A 
  52. PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.

  54. Good data processing procedure dictates 
  55. that any program be thoroughly tested with 
  56. non-critical data before relying on it. 
  57. The user must assume the entire risk of 
  58. using the program.  ANY LIABILITY OF THE 
  59. SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO 
  60. PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE

  65. Evaluation and Registration

  67. This is not free software.  You are hereby 
  68. licensed to use this software for 
  69. evaluation purposes without charge for a 
  70. period of 30 days.  If you use this 
  71. software after the 30 day evaluation 
  72. period a registration fee of $25 is 
  73. required.

  75. Unregistered use of RADFind 96 after the 
  76. 30-day evaluation period is in violation 
  77. of Canadian, U.S. and international 
  78. copyright laws.

  80. Distribution

  82. Provided that you verify that you are 
  83. distributing the Shareware Version (select 
  84. About from the RADFind 96 Help menu to 
  85. check) you are hereby licensed to make as 
  86. many copies of the Shareware version of 
  87. this  software and documentation as you 
  88. wish; give exact copies of the original 
  89. Shareware version to anyone; and 
  90. distribute the Shareware version of the 
  91. software and documentation in its 
  92. unmodified form via  electronic means.  
  93. There is no charge for any of the above.

  95. You are specifically prohibited from 
  96. charging, or requesting donations, for any 
  97. such copies, however made; and from 
  98. distributing the software and/or 
  99. documentation with other products 
  100. (commercial or otherwise) without prior 
  101. written permission, with one exception:  
  102. Disk Vendors approved by the Association 
  103. of Shareware Professionals are permitted 
  104. to redistribute RADFind 96, subject to the 
  105. conditions in this license, without 
  106. specific written permission.
